    I got the part number from a dyson rep at a local vacuum store. The roller worker fine in my dyson vacuum, but either the clerk wrote down the incorrect part number or the ebay supplier shipped the wrong part. The replacement roller vibrated. The roller arrived in a box that was previously opened,so I'm not sure what happened
