  Shipping cost and speed was reasonable, and the item is mostly as-advertised. Except the seller wrote the lot number with a sharpie on a thin piece of paper and it bled through onto the case. Plastic from the 70s sucks up sharpie ink and nothing is budging it, I've tried a half-dozen different cleaning chemicals.

  Dang, that is wild. I wrote it on a sicky note first, then taped it to the package.. I had no idea that would happen.. Before leaving feedback next time, try reaching out FIRST and see if the seller will WORK with you to resolve an issue like this...
