  Five panels installed in series a year ago for a total of 1000 W into a 60 A MPPT solar charger into a large battery bank tied to a 4000 W inverter. Ironically, summer output is terrible due to the tracking of the sun in summer over installed location. A chimney shaded 3, then 2 then 1 panel until about noon, then a tree shaded the last two panels 2PM and after so the output was generally only 150 W for most of the day. Output now is at least 50%, and up to 100%, from 10 AM until 5 PM.
