    This was a confusing experience. I keep all conversations between myself, e bay and the sellers when I buy items. When I ordered this machine I got a message back telling me there was a quality problem but they had another better machine at no extra cost. When I asked about the net weight they told me the whole machine weighed 13 pounds, was fully automatic and washed 8 pounds of clothing. I could not find any machine like this anywhere. When I questioned this, they refunded me. Disappointed.
