The T&K in T&K Resale stands for Tristian and Kevin. We are long time friends and now business partners with a newfound passion for reselling liquidated items from various large retailers. A large portion of the items we sell will be in used condition, but everything we sell will be in working condition and cleaned and sanitized for your safety.

With a combined 30+ years of customer service experience, we will answer any questions you may have and do our absolute best to make your buying experience perfect. No communication after I recieved faulty product - I passed the return date so it was my own fault I lost my money - seller is a liquidation house / no person responded no one cares here / buy at your own risk

We are just two friends trying to earn extra money running a small business, we both have full time jobs apart from this so we do occasionally miss a message, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We did message you and have sent a full refund since the item you ordered was not what you expected, regardless of whether or not it is past the return date.

I bought a Cheished Teddy . It was not packaged properly, as per the post master, and it arrived chipped. Too many small pieces to try and glue together! I did attempt to contact seller but as yet have received no response. Took very long to arrive. Postmaster said it was because of how it was shipped. Although delay could has been partially due to post office. Either way , I could ignore the timing if it had been properly packaged . As it is I just have a broken item.

This order was in the hands of the post office within 6 hours of it being ordered, I'm not sure why they took so long to deliver it, but unfortunately we have no control over the shipping process after it leaves our hands. This long process is likely why the item arrived in such a condition as we have shipped thousands of items this way and never have this kind of issue. We have issued you a full refund regardless as it is the right thing to do.
