Hello, & welcome to our store. Please know when dealing with us, we aren't some fancy business raking in the $$. We're just a small family trying to make a little extra money to help pay for our own passions in the same realm of what we sell. We do our best to get orders shipped quickly & messages responded to quickly, but we're human. We get sick, life gets busy, & more than anything... we make the occasional mistake. 99.99% of orders will be shipped within a day or two & you'll get exactly what you're expecting... but every now & then, a package may get delayed or more likely, we'll have accidentally put the wrong label on the wrong box & send you the wrong item. Just be patient though, please, and we give you our word, we will make it right.
