    Buyer NEVER reached out to me once to say this item arrived damaged. They waited 51 days after they received the item to give me this feedback and comment. I reached out to the buyer asking for them to please send me photos of the damage and of the packaging so that I could decide the best course of action. I waited 6 days for a response and have heard nothing back from them. This feedback and comment are not fair and unsubstantiated. I have contacted eBay in this matter.
