I left a neutral experience, but overall it was not pleasant. I sent three emails and waited four days for a response before opening claim. This was after seeing zero movement in shipping for over a week., “label created”. Seller finally responded afterwards with an excuse and apology. I understand that stuff happens, but communication is key to being a trusted seller. This transaction was for over $100 so that alone is stressful! eBay stepped in and refunded money.
