A little bummed, b/c the printer's imaging unit was defective. Had I realized it had a separate unit besides the regular toner cartridge, I probably would have passed on this model. All the print jobs have a blank strip on middle of page. I know it's the imaging unit because if i shake it, it works fine for a dozen pages. But, i don't think it was the sellers fault, since the item was packaged and sealed new. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, but will need to buy a new IU.
