  The Item was Dispatched as we explained to you after your second message that was sent over a weekend when we do not work. The Tracking for a number of parcles as explained was incorrect when yodel uploaded them, Your parcle was classed as lost by our yodel account manager as we confirmed to you when closing your case and refunding you in full, while we wait for compenstion from yodel.

  we would always ask you to contact us first before opening a case, espcailly when the buyers protection has run out due to time frame, We looked into this and refunded as we can see the parcle was never delivered to you
