    The product was not packaged correctly for shipping and the pot/pan handle was protruding from the box a couple of inches and was dinged up upon receipt. The pot was sticky and had burned on material not evident on the photos. This pot/pan has already been donated to the Goodwill.

    In the thousands of items we ship, some do unfortunately get damaged during shipment. We package all items with care as seen by hundreds of reviews stating so. We stated in the description, "Anodized area has burn marks from food". It is the buyers responsibility to read the listing fully. We also showed photos of the burn marks. We also provide free returns for our customers and would had fully refunded the buyer if they returned the item instead of donating it.
