Came in at the right time. Though there is a big scratch on the cover but did not affect the functionality of the system.

Glad you got it fast! I do not remember there being a "big scratch" on the cover. Are you sure that the mark is not on the hardshell case. If so, let me know. I can send a replacement. Thanks again!

I have bought several iMac the moment I had an issue I contacted seller and was told "it was a software issue on my end" none of the other iMac were having any issues.

You have indeed bought several iMacs. I do appreciate the repeat business. There is a reason that you have purchased around 10 units from me. You get what you pay for. Which is to say excellent working machines. However, the issue you are having is because of the software program Vesta that you are using. You told me that that's the only time that you have issues. No other times do you have issues. I simply stated that Vesta is the problem. You can always return it for a full refund though.
