  As I discussed with you this is a shipper problem not a seller issue. Once the Item is shipped it is out of my hands other than to file a missing item claim on your behalf with the USPS, which I did. The neutral rating by you is wrong in this case as the item was shipped correctly. Your beef is with the USPS, not me.
