    This was a used item, but was in good shape and arrived quicker than expected. It was well wrapped. It is the exact OEM replacement for a dishwasher part that had disintegrated and was causing such a racket when the dishwasher was running. The new (old) part was easy to install and now I can't even hear the dishwasher running it is so quiet. Very happy!

    The product was used, which I knew. However, for being used, it was in very good condition. A bit of clean-up and it looked really good. This original design is so much better than the "newer" style. Item arrived fairly quickly and in very good condition. We bartered back and forth a bit and finally settled on a reasonable price (in my opinion). Much cheaper than the newer style. I am very happy with the product and the seller.
