    The quick postage and the thoughtful handmade card were lovely. The dress is lovely, however I missed the detail of the twine or rope holding up the halter neck and it is horrible. This is not the sellers fault, it is mine. I didn't zoom in on the neckline and I missed this detail. I will wear a jacket over the dress to hide the twine.
