Shipping: All small items ship USPS Ground Advantage or Priority (on request). All Large items ship Fedex Home/Fedex Ground unless USPS Ground Advantage is cheaper for your region. All shipping inquiries or requests must be made prior to purchase. USPS shipping Mon - Sat. Fedex shipping Mon, Wed & Fri (this service charges a pick-up fee so it is limited to 3 days a week).

Handling: All items have at least 2 full Business days handling. Over-sized, fragile or custom packaging items will state the amount of handling time in the listing. Custom packaging is only ordered after purchase of the item (do not keep this type packaging in stock).

    I sent a simple message "Has the Item shipped? Thanks" The guy goes ballistic saying I could wait and I lowballed and paid nothing for it. He then waited several days before shipping. What a @ss.

    The day you complained was the day I shipped it. I have 2 full business days to ship it and you complained that morning. You did get that expensive lock for NOTHING and your Welfare Entitled attitude was uncalled for Karen. Must be nice to not have to work a day in your life while my taxes pay for your stuff online..
