    Seller sent a bent cymbal, accepted my request for a refund but wouldn’t refund my money back after receiving the item, wouldn’t even respond to my messages. 👎👎👎👎👎

    I accepted the return request and he eventually received a refund through eBay. The messages he claims I ignored were him asking for a refund before the cymbal he was returning even arrived. That decision wasn’t mine to make—refund timing is handled by eBay. Again, the cymbal was returned, he got his money back, just not as quickly as he wanted, and yet he still left me negative feedback—which eBay allowed him to leave. Very disappointing on both his part and eBay’s customer service.
