He said he looked at it again under good lighting and there were no issues. I purchased the bowl. It did in fact have a 3 inch long cut/separation. He sent a label to return for full refund. Four days later (over a weekend) I had not made it to USPS. He graciously offered a partial refund instead of returning it. I accepted. Then he ghosted me for over a full week and had eBay step in.
