  The installation was done by myself and installed on a floating beam wood covered floorT he install was flawless and though heavy for this 70 year old, but went in smoothly into its cradle. The final product works well for my wifes wheelchair to access the potty seat in the well. I only had one issue and that is that the well lip is 2" from the edge of the floor and this makes for a transfer the only applicable way to enter the tub basin for her. An angled floor edge would have been better.

  Shipping communication by seller good, Fed Ex not so much. The packaging was genius and well done. One punch size hole in box, saw no damage near it. The upper slideway for rollers at one end was too closed to go over wall profile supports and was hard to make it fit. After some work I got it in. It is very solid and heavy to support 1/4 inch doors and hard to manipulate. Spent much time aligning doors as you have to keep removing them to readjust. Lower guide impossible to glue with doors on.
