When I found this one listed in perfect working condition, I was so excited to get this for her to get her back into sewing after my dad passed. Initially Greg was responsive but when I told him the machine would need to be repaired, he dropped all communication. Also, he overcharged me on shipping with no refund on overpayment. The label for which I provided at my expense. She had this supposed repair done without asking if I would pay for it. This after never providing a straight answer as to what the machine was not doing. The invoice is not legible and as no information at all about the symptoms parts inventory or what was done to fix it.
