The equipment arrived to us in poor condition. The equipment is malfunctioning, it does not start and only stripes can be seen on the screen. I brought the equipment to Colombia in packaging suitable for this type of products, as I have done with the previous ones purchased. I spoke directly with the seller and they tell me that they do not respond and the only solution they give me is a discount on the next purchase. I consider this a total abuse on the part of the buyer
