  No communication, only dispatched after 2 weeks and when demanded return they only refunded half of money claiming that laptop was damaged. Thanks to ebay they reviewed the case and returned the rest of money. Please avoid unless you want to loose money.

  The buyer sent me the item damaged with broken screen. He must have dropped. It was fully as described; it was sent within the declared timescale that is offered on our ebay shop. Ebay did not find me at fault.

  Beautiful item, totally as described, great value for a top of the line dream laptop. Couple of small niggles with the laptop, and here the seller showed his true quality, he called me directly to talk through these minor issues, that to me was above and beyond sorted out everything and even provided me with a couple of extras as a gesture of goodwill. I would have no issues buying from this seller again, great people to deal with. Sorry feedback is a bit late, common Ebay issue not mine.
