    Item not as described. Listing said all units were tested and working, but 18 were defective (broken screens, hinges, USB ports, etc.), 20 had cosmetic issues, and only 17 were fully functional. Only 55 units were shipped. 5 had known battery issues marked on the packaging. Poorly packed, nothing was checked before shipping. This cost us significant time and money. I do NOT recommend this seller at all.

    I deeply apologize. The Item was misplaced and it was a failure on our end. I tried to compensate you in any other way I could to make it up to you. The photos in the listing are proof that we physically had the item and it shows that we did not lie about having the item but at the end of the day it doesn't excuse our failure to take it to the FedEx store.

    Woksss!! Thanks, did have a little crack in the middle of it and has keyboard marks on the screen which was mentioned, which Doesn’t show whiles on so it’s good, battery is not good, in fair condition, but it’s alright was finna replace it with a bigger 78wh battery anyways soo it’s not a issue!! Thanks!! Been using it for quite some time,
