  First device was defective so I was just going to return it but seller wanted me to cancel return and send me a replacement. The replacement came and was defective also. Claimed they were new, but were used and still logged in by prior owner so I couldn’t login to my account because of this. It’s been almost 2 days since I contacted the seller about this. It appears I have been ghosted. I just want to return the device for a refund.
