  this guy is selling units saying that they are brand new batteries or I should open box but in actuality they are either heavily used I purchased one battery in open box with supposed to be 0-2 percent wear in actuality the battery had 81 percent health when I contacted they about it they told me I should have read the description and I am SOL or return it very rude and disrespectful seller and I am not the only one to think so

  I'm not a guy...first of all. Second, The buyer sent a message asking for a LARGE refund or he was going to leave negative feedback and here we are.
