The seller was cordial and prompt in their communication and offered a partial refund for the issue. Aside from the flaw, the comforter appeared new, unused, and felt cool to the touch right out of the package. This seller's prices are a substantial reduction from the cost of a new Evercool comforter, so I highly recommend buying through this seller.
