  While Royal Mail appears to have let us down on this occasion and not deliver the key ring, I'm pleased to give positive feedback as Marg quickly responded to my concerns, even while she was away. Marg offered to send another one to me on her return. I would have been happy to do this but I decided to ask for aa refund which Marg processed quickly and with no quibble. Happy to say that I have had a positive experience and would be happy to purchase items from Marg in the future

  Keyring arrived July 9th and I'm very happy with it very good quality no complaints there the only thing I'm confused about is the delivery estimate eBay said end of July and 14th August otherwise I'll purchase more off this seller i never had to communicate with buyer no reason to so I didn't fill that in
