    Hello, and sorry for the trouble. This Sennheiser cable has two different ends, even though the connectors are the same. You just need to rotate it! :)

    This mic picks up a lot of sound. We had to adjust the gain in the sound system down. It does pick up the sound of the keys operating. It will likely serve our purpose for live sound in our church once we get it dialed in. Better sound than a hand held mic on a stand.
