  I like the idea of having a stainless cutting board. No more microplastics in my food. My biggest issue: how fast it scratches. It's only been 2 days & already pretty scratched. It is thick enough. But the board I got has a slight bend up on the right corner. I'm trying slowly "reshape it" to lie flatter. I miss the edge trough of my plastic board. With the stainless board I have to be more vigilant of liquids (watermelon juice etc) rolling off the board. All in all I do like the board.
