- a***p (2342)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseTerrible experience. The seller claimed the clasp didn’t function but also said the bag closes “perfectly” in their own words. The clear implication is that the clasp is decorative-couldn’t close “perfectly” otherwise. The clasp was BROKEN & flopped around uselessly-not closing. Instead of being honest, the seller evaded the issue with vague language. We never gave the buyer a hard time and were never trying to be deceptive! As the buyer stated in her own words, “the seller stated that the clasp did not function”. Didn’t respond for several days, not helpful and said it was my fault for not understanding that this item was broken. It was NOT clearly called out as a broken part or needing repair, it was listed as “excellent” for a price over $100! I want other buyers to know seller’s items described as “excellent” & “closes perfectly” may in fact be BROKEN and need expensive repair work.
