  This is the second e bike battery I bought from this seller. The 1st one was bad but had to bring it into a bike shop and they thought it was a controller because the battery showed 48 volts. Then they tried a new battery and it worked just fine. Plus the seller WOULD NOT refund me because it was past the 30 days. Now I'm out $200 and bike shop expenses. I ordered a second one in good faith and it came bad AS WELL. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Since your first battery was purchased a year ago, and you are now saying that you received it broken at that time for a refund, we really can't give you a refund. The second battery was received and also said it was bad, and even though you didn't provide any more information, we provided a return label and a full refund. Thanks for your purchase!
