We had to relist most of our items as USED to get around a ridiculous new eBay policy that will make it impossible to guarantee you that you are getting a new item. eBay has mandated a 30 unconditional return on all replacement products. Items such as batteries will be returned to sellers in open boxes. They will then sell them to you, the buyer, as new, but how do they know the previous buyer that returned it, didn't take the item out of the box and replace it with their used one? They can't, and we can't, so we have been forced to sell our products as USED - NEW IN BOX AS IS. We are not a service center anyway. Warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer that is not affected by this. The warranty, on such items as there is one, will not be affected buy us calling a duck a goose. It just allows us to get around this absolutely impossible to deal with return policy. We hope that you will understand. If not we hope you will ask questions and allow us to explain it further.
