You first opened a return case, then closed it, and later claimed a part was missing—despite stating the box was never opened. This contradiction makes the claim questionable, as unopened packaging cannot be inspected for missing parts. Additionally, requesting a return without covering shipping costs goes against eBay’s policy for buyer’s remorse. We value fairness and transparency.
