  The knitting needle arrived damaged. One of the blue one is broken. Packaging was excellent but I don’t know how this happened. There were no people on the inside, so it looks like it was damaged way before it was sent. Let me know what you wanna do about it

  This sounds like a joke. "There were no people on the inside? You let me know there was damage and we came to terms for a partial refund seeing that 1 out of 20 pieces only was broken. Then a refund of more than the amount you asked for was given to you. You say it was packed excellently, and I made good on the refund and yet you still left me negative feedback. I will be leaving you negative feedback as a buyer to warn future sellers of your actions.

  This bowl is perfect for making sourdough and just like my great-grandmother's. It's sad shipping cost more than the article, but that's the world now. Better than getting a box of pieces--it came very well packed. Accurately described and much more gratifying to use than a new bowl from WalMart.
