Refused delivery of damaged item. Seller shipped same item back to me claiming no damage then offered $100 when I called him out and sent pictures back of damage. Refused partial refund and returned item. Bought a replacement elsewhere. Seller slow to respond and blatantly lied when he shipped a damaged speaker back to me trying to get me to accept it versus filing a shippers claim against FedEx for the damage. Great pricing so long as no problems occur.

We did not refuse the delivery we actually accepted the return right away.We offered a partial reimbursement as a gesture in addition to losing money paying twice for shipping the unit to the customer at no charge. The item was inspected and in perfect condition.
