    It is a HP Officejet Pro 8720 inkjet, a real workhorse for our printing needs. The printer works well now. Our only complaint is that the printer arrived with ink on the carriage and printhead. This probably happened in transit, since it was shipped with cartridges loaded. We recommend boxing cartridges separately and securely to avoid this problem. We had to clean off the ink with wet paper towels. Ink stains on the printed copies went away after a few days.
