  According to the tracking number, the item I ordered on Sept. 17 has not been shipped yet. It is Sept. 28. I wipe to the seller, but no response.

  We responded to you and even gave you a refund. The item was dropped off at USPS shortly after you ordered. Unfortunately it is out of our hands once dropped off at the post office. In this exchange we now have a lost item, no money for said item, and now negative feedback.
