    Overall ok experience. Item got stuck at a post office for a few days. Normally I would say this isn't the fault of the seller. However, packing of this open box item left a lot to be desired. It was stuck in a CLEAR shipping bag with a little bit of foam. No box, just a loose phone cage with little bit of protective foam floating in a bag. It easily could have been mistaken as someone's personal property and not a package. Also glad it arrived in one piece. Guess it speaks to the durability
