    The stand was, as described, used, with some small scuffs and scratches - they do not bother me. What DID bother me was, when I fitted the stand to the monitor, it was not straight horizontally, I was going to complain and return the stand, however, I was able to take it apart and slightly move the mounting screws within their holes thus straightening it. For the price, I'm prepared to keep it as it is, but it should not have been supplied in that state.
