  The smartphone arrived a day late, but it's not the seller's fault. The phone arrived as pictured (in mint condition), though I was worried if it was damaged during transit because of how poorly packaged it was, considering how much I paid for this thing. But thankfully, there were no damages to report. The phone is a US model, as described, so I'm pleased to say I got what was advertised, a good quality smartphone. But I will not buy from this seller again if this is how they pack things up.

  Item was as descibed. The headphones were cleaned well and included a new set of eartips (though they were aftermarket). Quality of the item is very good, with connectivity and sound quality being excellent. Connected readily with the Sony app and sound quality, especially sound stage and bass, is very good. No damage to case or headphones. Quality Sony earbuds at a great price!
