    When I ordered the hat, the seller was out of town and told me they wouldn’t ship until they returned. I was fine with that. Hat was shipped in a box to protect it from being damaged during the shipping process. The hat is immaculate! It’s not used to the naked eye. The seller said that the hat had been rebuilt during the cleaning process, that was in the description. It was a best offer purchase and they took the bid I made. So it was a terrific value purchase for me. Thank you!
