    Seller immediately filed a case with ebay, and suprisingly ebay has decided that return is not accepted - I'm not sure what ebay has based their decision on, and not even consulted with me to get my side of the story. So for the communication, attitude and trust perspectives this seller is no way deserving any good feedback from my side. Also a word for ebay - without hearing my side of the story how fair is to decide for NO RETURN? This is against the nature of EBAY.

    You have refused to pick up item from customs. We have done everything for you: invoices sent separately, consulted and asked how we can help. You simply refused to pick up item and eBay has made a decision. You can still pick up your item from customs. We do not pay for your customs fees and we have communicated clearly and thorougly with you. Your item has reached your country and we have paid for express shipping for you. Nothing we could have done more to be on your side. Thank you.
