  The item was delivered quickly, well-packaged and in new condition. Seller communication was good. That said, the purchase was a mistake on my part, although that was not the seller's fault. After I'd made the purchase I happened to do a little research. It told me that recent studies show little evidence that saw palmetto, which the supplement largely consists of, is actually helpful for prostate issues like BPH. Fortunately, the supplement also contains some proven effective ingredients.

  Worst eBay purchase experience in 20+ years I ordered women’s vitamins and was sent men’s vitamins instead. I immediately contacted the seller and included photos showing the mistake. Instead of providing a simple return label, the seller stalled for weeks, sending repetitive, confusing messages and offering me only a $15 “partial refund” on a $70+ order. eBay customer service had to get involved because the seller would not follow through.   Ordered to pairs of earbuds, seller charged $99 and only sent one pair! Said they would send another pair out but didn't. Gave me a refund instead. The pair I got were defective only the left earbud works, right earbud does not. If been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks and keep getting a run around! To top it off i believe they are fake. Buyers Beware! Don't buy from this seller.
