Arrived on time, it states could do with a clean/polish and this phone arrived sticky with smudge marks. A bit unhygienic and wouldn't have taken much to clean before packaging really well with bubble wrap. Unsure if the phone is unlocked. Get what you pay for I suppose, stated no charger or box.
