  I think this seller should accept responsibility the mistakes that were made. The address I gave was correct and if the wrong address had been written on the parcel label that would be down to the seller. There is a written history of the efforts I made to resolve this problem but the seller did very little to fix it. The Post Office states the wrong amount was paid for postage and the parcel would be held by them until the balance was paid which didn t happen. My negative feedback is correct!
