  Agreed on shipping price of 135$ was charged 184$ pump was described as in good working order with resent service hardly used filled pump with brand new oil ran for 8 hours would not reach full vacuum ..when oil was drained it was a dark brown color from clear reached out for refund and was only offed a partial refund not even covering the over charged shipping…. Am very unhappy with this transaction…. Have rarely if ever had this kinda of issue on eBay buyers beware
