  This water bottle was advertised as new without tags. However, it arrived with a few "chips" off of the enamel, a small dent on the bottom, some smudges that didn't come off with initial washing, as well as a liquid stain inside, so it appears used to me. However, I gave it three stars, because I like the product. If I did my research, I could have bought it brand new elsewhere for a lot less, but that is on me. I am generally happy with product but don't like false advertising.

  Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, I issued a 50% refund right away, even though I was not contacted directly first. I also asked the buyer to kindly consider revising the feedback to reflect this resolution, but unfortunately I was ghosted. Customer satisfaction is important to me, and I will use this as a training opportunity with my marketing team so future listings are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy before posting. My goal is always to provide a transparent and positive experience.

  Item was nice but to small for my display. Now I lnow why seller didn't include measurement. Probably go right in the trash. Shipped fast and protected well. Just got out smarted.

I want to clarify for others reading this that I immediately issued a full refund, even though I wasn't contacted directly about the issue before this review was posted. I always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and want every buyer to be happy with their purchase. While I wasn't required to refund in this case, I chose to because I stand behind my service and want every experience to be positive. Customer isn't appreciative of seller going above and beyond.
