    I bought a catalytic convertor with a 1 year accident protection. The conditions, value, and price are good, but unfortunately i can't use it on my truck because it wont pass the smog check inspection. I want to return the item but i have to pay around $82 for dropping it off at USPS, and my refund would only be $89, so I finally will receive about $8 dollars back. This is NOT right, very disappointed. Booooo
