When I click on 'Contact Seller', the system would not let me go forward until waiting until today, 09-19-23, to file an 'Item Not Received, Refund Requested' Request.
Ten weeks is too long to wait without being able to contact the Seller. This is Bad Faith for a business and for eBay standards.
