  The buyer does not have patience and keep asking for refund as soon as he changed his mind not to ship it and ebay system was giving error during refund process with error message if case is open you cannot issue refund and then there is one more different error issuing refund i sent him screen capture but buyer does not have trust and keep asking from me instead wait when ebay close the case and refund him.
